By inviting herself to invest in herself alone, Julia was able to release her limiting thoughts and behaviors about money. She let go of the fear of taking up space and being visible and gave herself permission to receive support. By mirroring her thoughts, feelings and actions, she was able to recognize where certain blockages came from and release them.

Julia had limiting beliefs about accepting support. She found it difficult to accept professional support and take space for herself, her thoughts, emotions and needs, as she was usually the one giving advice to her friends.

I really learned that paying someone to listen to you is the best thing you can do for yourself, which has shifted my money-mindset. It taught me to take up space and get advice. I learned a lot about letting go of money blocks, and many things have changed around money, One of the biggest things I learned is that I trust myself more, before I was too shy to show myself and my designs. Through rituals of self-appreciation, she learned to be her own best friend and to use fears as information for her own growth. Forgiveness work was done and old blockages were released. Learned to trust and follow her own intuition and learned how to handle money!
Goal
Her dream of finding a dance partner with whom she could win dance championships. In the end, she decided to dance solo and became German champion.
Problem
Before Elisa came to me, she felt lost and didn't know in which direction she should channel all her zest for life and motivation. She had no clear goals, had a disturbed relationship with herself and her body. And although she was very hardworking and disciplined, she often put herself down and talked herself down.
I have become a completely new person in just 3 months. I have learned to recognize my fear as a potential for growth and therefore to keep stepping higher and higher!
